illScarlett, formed in 2001 in Ontario, Canada, draws inspiration from California ska-pop pioneers Sublime. They initially made waves with their independent album Clearly in Another Fine Mess and the EP EPdemic. This success led to a major-label deal and recording sessions with No Doubt producer Matthew Wilder. Their major-label debut, All Day with It, released in July 2007, featured the single "Who's Got It," which became the official song of the 2007 FIFA Under 20 World Cup tournament. This summer, illScarlett is making a comeback with an eagerly awaited EP set for release in September 2024.
